Discover Manufacturing Week: a coordinated, regional effort to address common misperceptions about manufacturing by giving manufacturers an opportunity to open their doors to the community.
MiCareerQuest: a regional, hands-on career exploration event that brings more than 8,000 middle and high school students together to learn about careers through interactive exhibits and conversations with industry professionals.
Industry Led Collaborative: a collaborative training program based on manufacturer needs in the region of West Michigan.
Career Pathways Development: a project to develop a model for career pathways in the manufacturing industry that works effectively at the intersection of the demand-side and the supply-side of organizations and meets the needs of employers and community partners.
Adopt a School: to provide a repository of best practices and How-To’s to assist both employers and educators in the initial steps to establish a “working” relationship. In other words, helping employers understand the path to engaging with educators and vice-versa.
Parent Engagement: an effort to increase parent engagement in our initiatives to promote manufacturing careers in West Michigan.
Best Practices Seminars: an industry-wide collaboration to share best practices within the manufacturing industry, such as solving problems and recruitment models.

Going PRO Talent Fund: assists employers with funds for training, developing, and retaining current and newly hired employees. Training funded by the Talent Fund must be short-term and fill the employer's talent needs. Training must lead to a skill that is transferable and recognized by the industry.

Mobile Manufacturing Lab: a mobile manufacturing experience. Showcase the latest in advanced manufacturing technology firsthand at your location. The Mobile Manufacturing Lab contains a virtual welder, 3D printer, mini mill, and a mini lathe.
